| Option |
Description |
| Name |
A name for the application. This name will be used for reporting, logging and monitoring. |
| Type |
The type of the application. This tells Prophecy which browser to use to interpret your application. Your options are:
- CCXML
- CallXML
- VXML
- SCXML
- Designer
Make sure you select the correct type for the XML in your application. In cases of a mismatch, you will probably get a "Remote number is busy" error when testing with the Voxeo SIP phone, or in the logs you will see a SIP 603 error ("Call Rejected"). |
| URL |
The URL where the application can be reached. You can point to an internal Prophecy server or an external web server (for example, on your web hosting account). Optionally up to two failover URLs can be specified for use when a fetch from a URL fails.
Be mindful of things like file size and fetch times if you are using an external URL, as you will want to cache as much as possible. |
| Auto Answer |
For CallXML applications only. Otherwise, leave blank.
This is the same as having answeronmedia="true". If you are using a VoiceMXL or CCXML application, you do not need to check this box. |
| Routes |
The telephone numbers (for inbound calls) or token (for outbound calls) for which the application should be played. |
