Voxeo Prophecy 9 Guide

Introduction

Voxeo Prophecy is a pure software, standards-based premise voice platform that is used by Voxeo customers worldwide for inbound IVR, outbound notification, innovative VoIP applications, and more. It is also the foundation for Voxeo's IVR hosting solution, which is the largest VoiceXML hosting platform in the world.

Prophecy includes 100% standards compliant VoiceXML and CCXML browsers, automatic grammar translation for legacy grammars, and MRCP connections to third party ASR and TTS engines in addition to Voxeo's own, free ASR and TTS for US English. Prophecy is the only VoiceXML platform that passes 100% of the VoiceXML compliance tests. It is also 100% CCXML compliant.

Using This Guide

Collapsible Menus

The "Chapters & Tutorials" section, located at the top of the left frame, uses a collapsible tree menu for easy navigation. Simply click on the "+" image to expand a topic. To collapse an expanded topic, just click the "-" image. You can also click on the headings in the blue bars to collapse and expand the entire sections.
